    Food is a source of energy, but some foods can actually absorb the energy and makes us feel sleepy. Find out what foods make a person sleepy. It could be as long as you often sleepy and tired from too much eating these foods. Here is food that makes you can not stop yawning and feeling sleepy:

    • Sweet breakfast foods

    Sugar and simple carbohydrates may enhance energy, but can be lowered too quickly. The decrease in blood sugar that is too drastic result in limp and often yawn to get more oxygen to burn energy.
